Managing Members

The Workspace page is where you review the people currently inside your workspace.

What you can manage

From the current Workspace interface, you can:

  • see the workspace owner
  • review current members
  • check your plan and seat usage
  • remove another member
  • leave the workspace yourself

Member roles

The current app distinguishes between:

  • owner
  • admin
  • member

The owner is displayed separately at the top of the Workspace page.

Members list

The main members section shows the active workspace members other than the owner.

Each member entry may show:

  • the member name
  • the member email
  • the member role icon
  • an action button

Remove a member

To remove someone from the workspace:

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Find the member in the members list.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. Confirm the action.

After the action succeeds, Meetzi refreshes the workspace data and removes the person from the members list.

Leave the workspace

If you trigger the action on your own membership, Meetzi treats it as Leave workspace instead of removing another person.

That means the same area handles both:

  • removing another member
  • leaving the workspace yourself

WARNING

Leaving a workspace and removing a member are confirmation-based actions. Double-check the selected person before confirming.

The Workspace page also helps you understand whether your team setup matches your current plan.

If you need to manage subscription details directly, use Manage plan to open the billing area.
