Managing QR Codes

The main QR Codes page shows all saved QR codes in one list.

Each item shows:

• the QR code name
• the destination it points to
• the last scan time
• the total scan count

Open a QR code

Select a QR code in the list to open it in edit mode.

From there, you can update:

• the name
• the destination
• colors and quality
• logo settings

Actions in the list

Each QR code has an action menu with these options:

• Download QR
• Edit
• Delete

Edit a QR code

Select Edit to change the QR code configuration.

Meetzi keeps the existing QR code and updates its saved settings.

This is useful when you want to:

• rename a QR code
• change the linked booking page
• swap a URL
• refresh the design for print or branding

Delete a QR code

Select Delete to remove a QR code.

Meetzi asks for confirmation before the code is deleted.

After deletion:

• the QR code is removed from your list
• its redirection link no longer works

Understand the destination label

The list shows a short destination label so you can quickly recognize where each QR code points.

Depending on the type, this can show:

• the URL
• the booking page name
• the phone number
• the SMS number and optional message
• the email and optional subject

Empty state

If you have not created any QR codes yet, Meetzi shows an empty state with an option to create your first one.
