Approving or Denying Bookings

Some booking pages can require manual approval.

When that happens, new bookings appear as Pending until you decide whether to approve or deny them.

Where pending bookings appear

Pending bookings are easy to find using the Pending filter on the Bookings page.

The current app also highlights that filter with a count so it is easier to spot items that need attention.

How to approve a booking

To approve a pending booking:

  1. Open the Bookings page.
  2. Filter to Pending if needed.
  3. Find the booking.
  4. Click Approve.

After approval, the booking leaves the pending state and becomes part of the normal active booking flow.

How to deny a booking

To deny a pending booking:

  1. Open the Bookings page.
  2. Filter to Pending if needed.
  3. Find the booking.
  4. Click Deny.

After denial, the booking moves into the rejected state.

Before you decide

It is usually a good idea to open the booking details first and review:

  • who booked
  • when they booked
  • which booking page it came from
  • question answers
  • meeting context

That helps you make a clear decision before approving or denying the request.
