Viewing Contacts
The Contacts list gives you a quick view of everyone who has booked with you.
What appears in the contacts list
In the current app, each contact entry shows:
- the contact name
- the contact email
- the number of bookings linked to that contact
Open a contact
Selecting a contact opens the contact detail page.
From there, you can review:
- the person’s full name
- their email address
- how many bookings they have
- when they first appeared in your records
- all bookings connected to that contact
Booking history on the contact page
The contact detail page includes a dedicated booking history section.
Each booking entry can show:
- the booking page name
- the booking date and time
- the duration
- the meeting type
- the booking status
This makes the Contacts section useful as a lightweight customer history view.
Why this is useful
Viewing contacts helps you answer questions like:
- has this person booked before
- how often do they book
- what kind of sessions have they booked
