Creating Availability
Use the Availability section to create reusable schedules for your booking pages.

- Open
Availability. - Click
Create. - Enter a name for the schedule.
- Configure the weekly schedule.
- Add date overrides if needed.
- Save the availability.
Name your availability
The current app requires a name before saving.
Use a name that helps you understand when the schedule should be used, such as:
- Regular Hours
- Coaching Schedule
- Summer Hours
- Weekend Sessions
Weekly Schedule
The Weekly Schedule view lets you define recurring working hours for each day of the week.
For each day, you can:
- enable the day
- disable the day
- set a start time
- set an end time
If a day is disabled, Meetzi treats it as unavailable.
Date Overrides
The Date Overrides view lets you create exceptions to the weekly schedule.
This is useful when you need to adjust only one date without changing the full recurring schedule.
For each override, you can:
- choose a date
- mark it as a day off
- give it custom hours
Examples of date overrides
Use date overrides for situations like:
- taking one Friday off
- working only half a day
- opening extra time for a special event
Validation rules
The current app validates date overrides before saving.
That includes checking for problems such as:
- duplicate dates
- missing start or end time
- a start time that is later than the end time
What happens after saving
After saving successfully, Meetzi returns you to the Availability list.
From there, you can use the new schedule in booking pages or manage it further.
