Profile

The Profile area is where you manage your account settings and personal scheduling defaults.

In the current Meetzi app, the Profile section includes these tabs:

  • Info
  • Calendars
  • Security
  • Notifications
  • Plans & Billing

What you can manage here

Use Profile to update:

  • your public URL slug
  • your name and email address
  • your timezone, language, and country
  • your default write calendar
  • your default read calendars
  • your password
  • your subscription and billing settings

Info

The Info tab is your main account settings area.

From here, you can change:

  • your public Meetzi URL
  • your display name
  • your account email
  • your timezone
  • your language
  • your country

Public URL

Your URL slug is the personal part of your Meetzi link. The app shows it with the https://meetzi.co/ prefix.

Meetzi normalizes the slug automatically before saving it, so special characters and formatting may be cleaned up.

Email changes

If you update your email address, Meetzi asks the authentication system to change it and then prompts you to confirm the change by email.

WARNING

If you change your email, check your inbox for the confirmation step. The change may not be fully complete until you confirm it.

Timezone and preferences

Your timezone is important because it affects how your availability and bookings are interpreted across the app.

It is a good idea to review this setting before creating booking pages.

Calendars

The Calendars tab helps you control which connected calendars Meetzi uses by default.

If you have not connected any calendars yet, this tab sends you to Integrations first.

Default calendar

Your default calendar is the write calendar Meetzi selects by default when you create a booking page.

This matters because confirmed bookings need a valid destination calendar.

Default read calendars

Your default read calendars are the calendars Meetzi uses to detect busy time.

You can select multiple read calendars, then save them together.

This is useful when your availability should respect more than one calendar, such as:

  • a personal calendar
  • a work calendar
  • another shared schedule you monitor regularly

Calendar labels in the app

Inside the calendar list, Meetzi may show labels such as:

  • Read-Only
  • Default write
  • Default read

These labels help you understand which calendars can receive bookings and which ones are only used to block time.

Security

The Security tab lets you update your password and manage permanent account deletion.

Change password

To update your password, you need to enter:

  • your current password
  • your new password
  • your new password again for confirmation

Meetzi checks your current password before saving the new one.

Delete account

The bottom of the Security tab contains the account deletion flow.

To delete your account, Meetzi asks you to type DELETE before confirming the action.

DANGER

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Notifications

The Notifications tab exists in the current Profile page, but it does not yet show configurable settings in the current app interface.

For now, users should expect the tab to be present without a completed settings panel.

Plans & Billing

The Plans & Billing tab is where you manage your subscription.

Based on the current app, this section can show:

  • your current plan
  • subscription status
  • renewal or end date
  • paid workspace seats
  • billing history and invoices

On the free plan

If your workspace is on the free plan, Meetzi shows an option to upgrade to Pro.

The app describes Pro as unlocking features such as:

  • team workspaces
  • centralized billing
  • custom branding

On the Pro plan

If your workspace is already on Pro, you can:

  • adjust workspace seat count
  • cancel your subscription at period end
  • resume a canceled subscription before it ends
  • open the billing portal
  • review invoice history

A good Profile setup checklist is:

  1. Confirm your name and email.
  2. Set the correct timezone.
  3. Choose your default write calendar.
  4. Select the calendars that should block busy time.
  5. Review your plan before inviting teammates or scaling usage.
