Booking Pages

Booking pages are the center of Meetzi.

They let you publish a scheduling page that uses your availability, connected calendars, booking rules, and intake questions to collect appointments without manual back-and-forth.

What a booking page does

A booking page lets you publish a scheduling experience that uses your:

  • availability
  • connected calendars
  • meeting options
  • booking rules
  • intake questions
  • reminder settings

Typical use cases

  • one-to-one meetings
  • group sessions
  • consultation calls
  • client intake and discovery calls
  • internal or team scheduling flows

Booking page types

The current app supports at least two booking page types:

  • One-on-One
  • Group Session

Some step behavior changes depending on the page type. For example, group bookings use capacity settings and a single meeting option.

The 6-step creation flow

Creating a booking page in Meetzi is split into six steps:

  1. Base info
  2. Availability
  3. Hosts & Calendars
  4. Booking options
  5. Questions
  6. Notifications

Managing existing pages

The Booking Pages section in Meetzi is not only for creating pages.

From the booking pages list view, you can also manage existing pages by:

  • filtering by activation status
  • filtering by creator in shared workspaces
  • sharing a page
  • copying the public link
  • viewing the public page
  • editing the page
  • embedding the page on a website
  • activating or deactivating the page
  • deleting the page

Use the dedicated guide here:

Before creating a booking page, it helps to:

  • connect your calendar provider in Integrations
  • choose your default calendars in Profile
  • create at least one availability schedule

That makes the page-creation flow much smoother, especially when you reach the calendar and availability steps.
