Integrations

The Integrations area lets you connect external providers so Meetzi can sync calendars, create meeting links, collect payments, and automate workflows.

In the current app, Meetzi supports these integration providers:

  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • Stripe
  • Zapier

What integrations are used for

Integrations help Meetzi:

  • read busy time from your connected calendars
  • write confirmed bookings to the correct calendar
  • generate meeting links for online bookings
  • collect payments for paid booking pages
  • trigger automations outside Meetzi

Without a calendar connection, scheduling setup is much more limited because Meetzi depends on connected calendar data for accurate booking behavior.

Payment and automation integrations are optional, but they are useful when you want paid bookings or follow-up workflows.

The two tabs in Integrations

The current Integrations page has two tabs:

  • Discover
  • Manage

Discover

The Discover tab shows the providers you can connect.

Each provider card shows:

  • whether it is available or already connected
  • which services are included
  • important warnings before you connect
  • whether you should expect an OAuth sign-in flow or a generated API key flow

Manage

The Manage tab shows your connected accounts.

This is where you can:

  • review connected providers
  • see the connected account email when available
  • refresh Stripe connection status
  • disconnect an integration

Google integration

Connecting Google gives Meetzi access to these services:

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is used to:

  • sync availability
  • detect busy time
  • create booking events in Google Calendar

Google Meet

Google Meet is used to generate meeting links for video-call bookings when the connected account is eligible and authorized correctly.

TIP

If you plan to offer online meetings, connecting Google before building booking pages can make setup much smoother.

Microsoft integration

Connecting Microsoft gives Meetzi access to these services:

  • Outlook Calendar
  • Microsoft Teams

Outlook Calendar

Outlook Calendar is used to:

  • sync availability
  • detect busy time
  • create booking events in Outlook Calendar

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is used to generate Teams meeting links for bookings when the connected account supports it.

Teams meeting-link generation requires a Microsoft 365 business or school account.

WARNING

If you connect a personal Microsoft account, Outlook calendar sync may still work, but Microsoft Teams link generation may not be available.

The current app also displays a warning in the Manage tab when a Microsoft connection does not support Teams link generation.

Stripe integration

Connecting Stripe lets Meetzi accept payments for booking pages.

In the current app, Stripe is used for:

  • charging invitees during the booking flow
  • linking a booking page to an active Stripe connection
  • supporting paid booking pages from the Booking options step

When a booking page has payment collection enabled, invitees are redirected to Stripe Checkout after submitting their booking details.

Meetzi completes the paid-booking flow after Stripe confirms the payment.

WARNING

The current app recommends using Stripe live mode before you accept real customer payments, and some live charge setups may require extra Stripe configuration.

Managing Stripe

After Stripe is connected, the Manage tab lets you:

  • review the connected Stripe account
  • refresh its status with Sync
  • disconnect it when needed

Zapier integration

Connecting Zapier lets you automate Meetzi workflows in other tools.

Instead of a normal OAuth sign-in flow, Meetzi currently connects Zapier by generating an API key for your account.

That API key can then be pasted into Zapier when you connect the Meetzi app there.

Zapier is useful when you want automations around events such as:

  • new bookings
  • updated bookings
  • cancelled bookings

Important Zapier behavior

When you generate a Zapier API key in Meetzi:

  • the full key is shown only once
  • you should copy it right away
  • if you lose it, you need to generate a new one

The Manage tab lets you revoke the generated Zapier key later by disconnecting it.

How to connect an integration

To connect a provider:

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Stay on the Discover tab.
  3. Click Connect on the provider you want.
  4. Review the included services and warnings in the connection modal.
  5. Continue with the provider-specific flow.

For Google, Microsoft, and Stripe, Meetzi sends you through an authorization flow with that provider.

For Zapier, Meetzi opens a modal where you generate an API key, copy it, and then use it inside Zapier.

After the connection succeeds, Meetzi returns you to the app and makes the provider available for account and booking setup.

How to disconnect an integration

To disconnect a provider:

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Go to the Manage tab.
  3. Find the connected account you want to remove.
  4. Click Disconnect.
  5. Confirm the disconnection.

WARNING

Disconnecting an integration stops syncing its calendars, availability, and conference-link features.

For Stripe, disconnecting also removes that connected account from the booking-page payment setup.

For Zapier, disconnecting revokes the generated API key.

For most users, the best order is:

  1. Connect your main calendar provider in Integrations.
  2. Review your defaults in Profile > Calendars.
  3. Connect Stripe if you want paid bookings.
  4. Connect Zapier if you want workflow automation.
  5. Create your availability.
  6. Create your booking page.
