Viewing Bookings
The Bookings page helps you browse scheduled appointments and inspect the details of each booking.
Views available
The current app supports two booking views:
ListTable
Both views show the same booking data, but the layout is optimized differently depending on how you prefer to scan information.
Filters available
Meetzi lets you filter bookings by status:
UpcomingPendingRejectedCanceledPastAll
These filters update the displayed bookings and their counts.
Filter by booking page
The Bookings page also lets you filter bookings by booking page.
That is useful when you want to review bookings for:
- one specific page
- one type of service
- all booking pages together
Booking details
Selecting a booking opens a detailed view where you can inspect:
- guest name
- guest email
- date and time
- booking page
- duration
- approval status
- meeting option
- booking ID
- question answers
- internal notes
- cancellation reason, when applicable
Booking ID
The booking details view includes the booking ID and supports copying it directly.
This can help when:
- troubleshooting with support
- tracking a specific appointment
- referencing a booking internally
Question answers
If the booking page included custom questions, the details modal shows the answers captured at booking time.
This helps you review the invitee’s submitted information before the meeting.
Notes
The booking details view also includes an internal notes field.
These notes are for your own tracking and can be updated directly from the booking details panel.
