Contacts
The Contacts section helps you keep track of the people who have booked with you through Meetzi.
How contacts are created
Contacts are created from booking activity.
When someone makes a booking, Meetzi stores the contact information collected during the booking flow, including:
- name
- email address
That means Contacts is a history of people who have already interacted with your booking pages.
What you can do in Contacts
Based on the current app, you can:
- view all saved contacts
- see the contact’s name and email
- see how many bookings the contact has made
- open the contact record
- review the contact’s booking history
- delete a contact
- export contacts
What the contact detail page shows
Each contact record can show:
- the contact’s full name
- the contact’s email
- total number of bookings
- when you first met the contact
- the list of bookings linked to that contact
Booking history
The contact detail page includes the booking history for that person.
This lets you see all the bookings attached to the contact in one place.
