Inviting Members

Use the Workspace page when you want to invite other people into your team workspace.

What inviting members does

Inviting a member creates a pending workspace invitation for that email address.

Until the invite is accepted, the person appears in the Pending invites section instead of the active members list.

How to invite members

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses.
  4. Put each email on its own line.
  5. Click Send invite.

How Meetzi handles the invite list

Based on the current app behavior:

  • blank lines are ignored
  • emails are normalized before sending
  • duplicate email entries are removed
  • invitations are sent one by one in the background

After Meetzi finishes, it shows success and warning messages depending on how many invitations succeeded or failed.

Where invited members appear

After sending an invitation, you can review it in the Pending invites section of the Workspace page.

The pending list shows:

  • the invited email address
  • the assigned role
  • pending status

Roles for invited members

Workspace invites are created for non-owner roles.

In the current app flow, invitations are sent as member invitations.

Before you invite people

It is a good idea to confirm:

  • you have enough seats for the team setup you want
  • the invited email address is correct
  • the invited person understands they need to accept the invite before appearing as a member
