Accepting an Invitation

When someone invites you to a Meetzi workspace, you receive an invitation link that opens the workspace acceptance page.

Before you accept

To accept a workspace invitation, the invited user must have a free Meetzi account.

If you do not already have an account, create one first and then continue with the invitation flow.

How the acceptance flow works

In the current app:

1. Open the invitation link.
2. Click Accept invitation.
3. If you are not logged in, Meetzi asks you to either:
   • Log in
   • Create account
4. After authentication, return to the invitation flow.
5. Accept the invitation.
6. Meetzi redirects you to the Workspace page after joining.

If you are not signed in

The invite acceptance page checks whether you already have an active session.

If you are not signed in yet, Meetzi does not complete the invitation immediately. Instead, it prompts you to:

• log in
• create an account

If the invite link is invalid

If the invitation token is missing or invalid, the page shows an error instead of accepting the workspace invite.

What happens after acceptance

After a successful acceptance:

• you are added to the workspace
• Meetzi redirects you to the Workspace dashboard
• you can then appear in the members list for that workspace

Recommended steps for invited users

1. Make sure you have a free Meetzi account.
2. Open the invitation link.
3. Log in or create your account if prompted.
4. Accept the invitation.
5. Confirm that you can access the workspace successfully.
