Managing Bookings

Once bookings exist, Meetzi gives you several tools to manage them efficiently.

Actions available from the bookings area

Based on the current app, you can:

  • open a booking
  • download the booking as .ics
  • reschedule a booking
  • cancel a booking
  • export filtered bookings to CSV
  • refresh the bookings list

Download .ics

Meetzi can generate an .ics file for a booking.

This is useful when you want to:

  • save the event locally
  • import it into another calendar
  • share event details outside the main booking flow

Reschedule

For bookings that are not past or canceled, the action menu includes Reschedule.

This sends the user into the rescheduling flow for that booking token.

Export bookings

The Bookings page includes an export action that generates a CSV file using the currently filtered results.

The exported data can include fields such as:

  • guest name
  • guest email
  • date and time
  • duration
  • booking page
  • location
  • status
  • approval
  • booking ID

This is useful for reporting, operations, and offline review.

Refresh the list

The refresh action reloads bookings and booking pages from the app so you can work with the latest data.

A practical workflow

Many teams use Bookings like this:

  1. Filter to Pending or Upcoming.
  2. Open a booking to review details.
  3. Add notes if needed.
  4. Approve, deny, cancel, or reschedule depending on the situation.
  5. Export data when you need reporting outside the app.
