Notifications

The sixth step of booking page creation is Notifications.

This step controls whether invitees receive reminders and how early those reminders should be sent.

What you can configure

In this step, Meetzi lets you:

  • enable or disable notifications
  • define reminder timing

Enable notifications

The first control in this step is a notification toggle.

If notifications are enabled, Meetzi adds a reminder configuration to the page.

If notifications are disabled, the page has no reminder entries.

Reminder notice

When notifications are enabled, you can choose:

  • a number
  • a time unit

The current app supports reminder timing in:

  • minutes before
  • hours before
  • days before

Practical examples

Common reminder setups include:

  • 10 minutes before
  • 1 hour before
  • 1 day before

Final review before creating the page

Before you save the booking page, it is a good idea to quickly review all six steps:

  1. base info
  2. availability
  3. hosts and calendars
  4. booking options
  5. questions
  6. notifications

That helps catch missing durations, calendar issues, or settings that could confuse invitees later.
