Questions

The fifth step of booking page creation is Questions.

This step lets you collect extra details from invitees before the booking is submitted.

What you can do here

In this step, Meetzi lets you:

  • add custom questions
  • choose the answer type
  • mark questions as required or optional
  • add and remove choice options when needed

Why use booking questions

Questions are useful when you want to learn something before the meeting, such as:

  • the invitee's goals
  • experience level
  • phone number
  • preferred details for the session

Supported answer types

Based on the current app flow, Meetzi supports answer types such as:

  • short text
  • long text
  • radio
  • checkbox
  • dropdown
  • date
  • phone number

Required vs optional

Each question can be marked as:

  • Required
  • Optional

Required questions must be answered before the booking can be completed.

Choice-based questions

If you choose a choice-based answer type such as:

  • dropdown
  • checkbox
  • radio

Meetzi asks you to define the available options.

You can:

  • add another option
  • remove an option
  • remove the entire question

Writing good booking questions

Try to keep questions:

  • short
  • specific
  • relevant to the meeting

Too many questions can add friction to the booking flow.
