Availability
The second step of booking page creation is Availability.
This step controls when invitees can book and how Meetzi turns your schedule into available time slots.
What you can configure
In this step, Meetzi lets you configure:
- time slot increment
- buffer time
- maximum days in advance
- minimum booking notice
- which availability source the page should use
Time slot increment
Time slot increment controls the spacing between available booking slots.
This does not necessarily change the meeting duration. It changes how often Meetzi offers start times.
Buffer time
Buffer time blocks time between bookings.
This is useful when you want space before or after meetings for preparation, travel, or follow-up.
Maximum days in advance
This setting limits how far ahead someone can book.
Use it when you do not want your schedule open too far into the future.
Minimum booking notice
This setting prevents last-minute bookings by requiring a minimum amount of notice.
The current app supports notice in:
- minutes
- hours
- days
Availability source options
Meetzi gives you three ways to decide which availability this page should use:
Default availabilitySelect an availabilityCustom availability
Default availability
Use your default availability when you want the page to always follow your main scheduling setup.
Select an availability
Choose one of your saved generic availability schedules.
This is useful when you already created a reusable availability and want this page to use it.
Custom availability
Create a page-specific schedule directly inside the booking page flow.
This is useful when the page needs unique hours or date overrides that should not affect your other booking pages.
Important note
If you do not have any saved availabilities yet, Meetzi prompts you to create one first.
