Managing Pages

The Booking Pages list view is where you manage existing booking pages after they have been created.

This view supports much more than editing. It also helps you organize, share, publish, and remove pages.

What you can do from the booking pages list

Based on the current app, you can:

  • create a new booking page
  • choose between One-on-One and Group Session
  • view existing pages
  • edit a page
  • share a page
  • copy the booking link
  • preview the public page
  • embed the page on a website
  • activate or deactivate a page
  • delete a page
  • filter by activation status
  • filter by creator in shared workspaces

Booking page tabs

The page currently shows two tabs:

  • Scheduling Pages
  • Single-Use Links

The current list behavior is centered on scheduling pages.

Filter by activation status

The booking pages list includes status filters for:

  • All
  • Active
  • Inactive

This is useful when you want to quickly find:

  • live booking pages that are already public
  • inactive pages that are currently hidden

Filter by creator

If your workspace includes pages from more than one person, Meetzi can also filter by creator.

This makes it easier to review only:

  • your own pages
  • a specific teammate's pages
  • all creators together

Public vs private status

Each booking page in the list shows whether it is currently:

  • Public
  • Private

This status reflects whether the page is active and publicly available.

Share a booking page

Meetzi supports sharing a page directly from the booking pages list.

If the device supports native sharing, Meetzi can open the share sheet. Otherwise, it falls back to copying the link.

Each page also has a direct copy-link action.

This is useful when you want to:

  • paste the page into an email
  • share it in chat
  • add it to a website or profile

Preview the public page

The list view includes a View action that opens the public-facing booking page in a new tab.

This is a good way to test what invitees will actually see before sending the link to customers.

Edit a page

Clicking a page card opens the editing flow for that booking page.

You can also use the Edit action from the action menu.

Embed a page on your website

The action menu includes Add to your website.

When you use it, Meetzi opens an embed modal and generates embed code for that booking page.

The current app:

  • builds an embedded page path
  • generates a script snippet
  • lets you copy the code from the modal

This is useful when you want the booking page to appear inside your own website instead of only sharing a direct link.

Activate or deactivate a page

The action menu lets you:

  • Activate
  • Deactivate

This toggles the public visibility of the page.

Use this when you want to:

  • publish a page when it is ready
  • temporarily hide a page without deleting it

Delete a page

The action menu also includes a delete option.

Deleting a booking page is a confirmation-based action.

The current app warns that deleting the page cannot be reversed, and that current bookings are not deleted automatically.

WARNING

Deactivate a page if you only want to hide it temporarily. Delete it only when you are sure you no longer need it.

A practical workflow for managing pages is:

  1. Create and configure the page.
  2. Preview the public page.
  3. Activate it when ready.
  4. Share the link or embed it on your website.
  5. Use filters later to manage active and inactive pages.
